We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard and Internet Banking.
Visa / Mastercard
You will be asked to enter your credit card details during the checkout process. For details on security please read the “Website security” below.
Internet Banking
Simply select internet banking as an option during the checkout process. 
You will then need to make payment for your goods, including shipping, directly into our bank account via internet banking – full information on how to do this is provided during the checkout process.
Please insert your full name and Order Number (given to you during checkout) in the reference field when making the internet banking payment.
We will dispatch your order as soon as we see your payment in our accounts.

We undertake every possible precaution to provide a safe and secure platform on which to conduct online transactions. uses the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information as it is transmitted over the internet. This encryption scrambles details such as credit card number, billing details and delivery address so that generally, other computers are unable to decipher the information, ensuring privacy and security. 

To make sure you are accessing a secure server, check for the unbroken key or closed lock symbol located generally either at the bottom left, bottom right or top right of your browser window. If this appears, then SSL is active. You can double check this by looking at the URL as well. If SSL is active, then the first characters of that line will read ‘https’ rather than just ‘http’. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Ensure you logout when you have finished visiting especially if you access our website from a shared computer.

Lost in transit?
We use track and trace couriers, so if your goods are lost in transit we accept responsibility and will replace them provided we are notified within 7 days. We can not accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made. For more information on our delivery policy, please click here.

We promise to get your delivery to you quickly and in perfect condition.
We will normally despatch your order on the same day we receive it. However, the courier picks up our bags at 2:30pm so if your order misses the cut-off it will be sent the next working day.
Special delivery instructions - please just let us know in the delivery instructions field in the checkout.
Delivery within New Zealand
We offer FREE delivery in New Zealand for all orders over $75. For orders under $75 delivery is $7.
We use Courier Post for all deliveries, you can visit them here. Most orders will arrive the next working day, and all orders should reach you within 3 working days.
Should you require a Saturday delivery service, then please select this option when checking out - Saturday deliver incurs an additional $5 fee.
We use 'Track and Trace' couriers. These are non-signature couriers (you can request a signature courier should you prefer). If you're not home when the courier driver delivers your order, and they deem it safe to do so, the driver will typically leave your parcel either at your door or in your mailbox. If they don't think it safe to leave, they'll leave a card-to-call.
If delivery is to a business you must include the business name in your delivery address. We can deliver to PO Boxes and Rural Delivery addresses for no extra charge.
We accept full responsibility for parcels lost in transit in New Zealand prior to delivery provided we are notified of this loss within 7 days of the order being made. We do not accept responsibility for your order once delivery has been made.
If your order is damaged in transit, we will ask for you to return it to us and we will provide you with a replacement. 
Delivery outside New Zealand
We're happy to send your order to you wherever you may be. You can choose to have your order sent via Airmail or International Courier.
